Formerly The Baby Tuck Sheet: This innovative blanket is a TOG-rated alternative to loose blankets in a baby's sleep space. A fitted mattress sleeve, the HugMe Blanket is easy to use and recommended as a safer sleep blanket that provides added warmth, security and comfort to your newborn during sleep, without the risk of it coming untucked.

Materials

1.0 TOG side: Organic cotton 55% / Bamboo Viscose 40% / Elastane 5%
2 .5 TOG side: 55% Organic Cotton, 40% Bamboo Viscose, 5% Elastane (Outer),
70% Bamboo Viscose, 30% Organic Cotton (Inner)

Made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on irritable skin. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes.


Care

How to wash and dry your HugMe Blanket

  • Gentle cold machine wash in mild detergent.
  • Do not soak or bleach.
  • Tumble Dry Low.
  • Warm iron if required.
  • Do not dry clean.

When cared for properly, this product will last several years and can be used for more than one baby.

Warnings

  • Suitable for babies born full term (37 weeks +), weighing 3kg+ and measuring minimum 50cm in length.
  • Ensure baby's feet are touching the end of the bassinet/cradle when in use, and the HugMe Blanket is positioned no higher than mid-way up baby's chest.
  • Do not use with more than one child inside the HugMe Blanket
  • Discontinue use once your baby shows signs of rolling over
  • It is recommended to sleep baby on back from birth
  • For use only with a bassinet or cradle mattress. The mattress that this product is used with should have a firm surface, soft bedding is not recommended
  • Do not modify the product
  • Do not overdress baby when using the HugMe Blanket, to prevent overheating. Follow the dressing guide provided with the product for more information.
