Shipping Policy

At babi collective, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and order collection.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier or postal service selected

Some bulky or oversized items (such as prams, nursery furniture, or car seats) may incur additional shipping fees. Any extra charges will be communicated prior to dispatch where required.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, courier delays, or peak periods.


Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available on selected items and locations.

  • Orders placed via Click & Collect Monday-Friday between 8am-12pm are typically processed within 4 hours

  • Orders placed via Click & Collect outside the above hours are typically processed within 24 hours from the following business day.

 

  • Processing times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or due to stock availability

  • You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection at Shop 2, 30 Hospital Rd, Emerald QLD

Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Orders must be collected within 7 days, unless otherwise arranged. Proof of purchase is required at collection.


Bulky & Large Items

For large items such as prams, nursery furniture, and car seats:

  • Available for Click & Collect only

 


Authority to Leave (ATL)

Parcels are Authority to Leave by default, parcels left unattended are at the customer’s risk. babi collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging where possible

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us and needs to be resent


Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
