Returns & Refunds Policy
At babi collective, we take great care in selecting high-quality baby and parenting essentials. We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, and we’re here to help in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

Incorrect choice

No longer required

Found a better price elsewhere
However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

The item is returned within 14 days of purchase

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, seals, and proof of purchase are provided
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Faulty or Defective Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer:

A refund
This applies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions (for Hygiene & Safety Reasons)
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

Dummies, bottles, teats, breast pumps, and feeding accessories

Skincare, lotions, balms, and consumables

Underwear or intimate apparel

Car seats (once opened or installed)
Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty.
Online Orders & Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied

We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

In-Store Purchases
Proof of purchase is required for all in-store returns. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
